Registration FeesBefore December 24th, early bird registration will cost $175 for T-ball and Coach Pitch and $300 for all other divisions. After December 24th, there will be no $25 discount applied. SMNLL also requires a $50 per family volunteer buyout fee, which allows us to spread out the volunteer obligation across every family equally. While SMNLL encourages all families to help volunteer during the season, volunteering will not exempt you from the buyout fee. Note that the volunteer buyout fee will show up in Registration as a $50 add-on to the first player your register.Which Program is Right for My Player?Little League eligibility is determined by your player’s age on August 31, 2025 for baseball and December 31, 2024 for softball. The registration system’s program descriptions can help determine the appropriate division for your child, but for competitive divisions (Farm and up), evaluations and division size will also be taken into consideration in placement. Please note that T-Ball and Pitching Machine are co-ed divisions. Eligibility to play in SMNLL is strictly controlled by Little League International and requires either residency or school attendance within SMNLL's boundaries. Please see the link below to determine whether your player is eligible for SMNLL before registering.http://www.littleleague.org/LeagueFinder.htm New players must verify their eligibility to play in SMNLL by scanning and emailing the following documents to [email protected]:1. Your child's birth certificate
AND EITHER:
2. Proof of attendance of a K-12 school with a San Marino address, OR
3. Proof of SMNLL district residency with the current address, including THREE of the following:
· a parent's driver's license
· one utility bill (phone, trash, electrical or gas)
· vehicle registration
· cable or satellite bill
· financial statement (bank or savings)
· insurance document (home or auto)
· voter's registration
· property tax bill
Player Evaluations
All players who intend to participate in one of the competitive divisions of baseball or softball (Farm and up) MUST attend an evaluation session on Saturday, January 11th, 2025. A make-up session is scheduled for Saturday, January 18th, 2025. Every effort should be made to have your child attend the first session on January 11th. Each team in SMNLL must have a $250 Team Sponsor, who will receive recognition in the Yearbook. This year, SMNLL is also introducing a $500 Banner Sponsor, who will be recognized with a custom banner placed on an SMNLL field. Donations to SMNLL are tax-deductible and can be made either during the registration process or by downloading the donation form on the SMNLL website. SMNLL Calendar
